Are You A Racist Educator?

Sacramento teacher caught making racist ‘slit eyes’ during class

Visit the link above to read a story about a High School Teacher that thinks displaying racial gestures to her class is appropriate. It isn’t appropriate, and that is the topic of todays posting.

Who has more influence over our children than ourselves, and their peer group? Teachers! Who do we trust to educate our children in what is acceptable conduct? Teachers! Who teaches a class of mixed race children each day that should never show any racist anything? Teachers! Who do we want for our childrens teachers? Certainly not a racist!

There are a lot of bad judgement calls made by teachers. This teacher made such a call in making racial gestures to her class during a “Zoom” class. It matters not her intent in making such gesture, she will seen as a racist moving forward into the future. She may be an excellent teacher, maybe even the best where she teaches, but today all of America sees nothing but racism.

In reality, the gesture may not of been intended offensive. Face it, we as a people are presently overly sensative to almost anything. But it offended somebody. And it may have offended someone that says nothing until reaching adulthood, and then uses the same gesture with offensive intent to others. Simply put, we DO NOT need anyone with as much influence as a teacher teaching our children to be racist. Our children already get taught all the less desireable things by their peer group and on the street.

As an educator, it is your responsibility to not be racist. While such is not a requirement of the position, it should be. Teachers influence children of all races, sexes, religions, and economic group. They have to be the one to teach our children tolerance, acceptance, and social expectation. We know5 that as parents most of us fail to do so. Don;t think so?

Have you ever told a racist joke, used an offensive term when referring to another race . . . in front of your children? Have you allowed your friends or other relatives do so? Don’t lie to me, judge yourself. I don’t care who you are, or what color you are, you know you have. But, how do yopu feel about it? If you are okay with it, please don’t take a teaching position, or government, law enforcement, employee in any kind of business that is opposed to racism, or anyplace6 else in which you hold potential for influence of others. And I am not only saying this to Whites. You know who you are!

Isn’t it about time that we mature beyond skin color? All of us!

Obama Says . . .

In an article written by Aris Folley this morning, he discusses what Former President Obama says relative to “reparations” for Black Americans. If you have not read it, “Obama Says . . .

The Black Americans seeking such reparations seem to fail to realize that the Black Man did not get to where he is today by himself. White men have fought for racial equality and defended “Civil Rights” for all Americans for at least as long as the Black Man has. Agreed, not all White men have supported such, but Obama was not elected to office soley by the Black vote. And contrary to the belief of many Black Americans, there is a large populace of non-racist White people here in America. And if you are Black and are not familiar with the term “N***** Lover” then you need to go back to the past when White men showing support for racial equality were shunned by other Whites for showing such support and subjected to abuse and ridicule. How many White people have lost their lives fighting for racial equality and defended Civil Rights for all of America?

Every time the Black man has marched, protested, or committed an act of civil disobedience, White men in support have been there. And many more in support have been there in the background casting votes and serving to support most Black causes. At least more than 50% of White America has stood in support of equality and civil rights or no progress would have been made over the past 50 years. The Black Man did nothing alone. Black people seem eager to believe they have suffered something White man hasn’t. Not true! Slaves over one hundred years ago suffered the reality of slavery, none alive today has such experience. What Black people alive today have experienced is racism and civil rights abuses.but if you think about it we as a Nation were enjoying the best racial harmony we have ever had just this past couple years, prior to the incident of George Floyd. Sure there were minor incidents on occaission.but it seemred as though people of all races were getting along and showing respect for one another.

Presently there is tension between the races. And now talk of reparations. I personally have never owned a slave. I have never treated people of color any differently than anybody else. And over the years I have observed that this separatuion that everyone claims is by race, isn’t by race at all. There is a social divide in this Nation of those of wealth and those with less. White priveledge is not an all whites thing, it is a “select Whites and others as they acquire such level of wealth” type of thing. A significant portion of the White population suffers the same abuse that Black people suffer. Yes, there are White people that get followed by security when entering stores, that are pulled over by police when passing through certain neighborhoods, get treated like crap when dealing with County services and the Courts. We get our asses beat down by the cops unless we surrender easily, and we die sometimes while in the custody of others. My point is, THERE IS NOTHING BLACK PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING THAT ISN’T ALSO BEING SUFFERED BY THE OTHER RACES. So when the cry “Black lives matter” or “Reparations” goes out we ask, “What the F***”, “What about us?”

The next consideration we have to deal with is equality. It does not appear as though Blacks want equality, but superiority. Not all Blacks, but a bunch of those in the public eye. We have had a Black President. Now a woman Vice-President, and numerous other politicians. Forty percent of America’s Black population is considered middle class. The equality of the Black man has progressed quite a bit.

Racism is money! Somebody is making money off racism, and they promote racism by their existance. When you support one race over another, develope programs race specific, or give to some without giving the same to others, you have succeeded in creating racism If you want to stop racism, you need good men of all races to manage your services, your law enforcement, your courts, and your communities by looking beyond color to treat all fairly and support all fairly. We have to quit giving to skin color and give to people that need equally and fairly. And we as a populace of this great Nation have to mature to look beyond skin color.

Reparations bill tests Biden and Harris on racial justice

That is the headline to an article in POLITICO a few minutes ago. As this movement gains momentum, I have a few questions:

  • Reparations for my family members who gave their lives freeing the slaves?
  • Are there any of those enslaved alive today?
  • Have any Blacks been denied jobs or promotion, given to an unqualified White man instead?
  • Have any White people been attacked by Black people just for being White?
  • Haven’t White people been treated just as poorly by Police and Government as Blacks?
  • When anything is given to one race, where does it come from?
  • Isn’t “Reparations” just a continuation of racism.
  • How do you end racism?

Some people see this reparations bill as a positive act, but is it really? My family members gave their lives fighting to free the slaves. To date, I have not ever heard or seen any Black people give acknowledgement or even a thank you for my relatives contribution. Actually, my whole life I have supported equality of the races. It is a good thing I have done so without expectation of anything in return as not even a thank you offered. To this very day I still support equality of the races but cannot support this bill because it is an insult to my family members that paid the higher cost in giving their lives, and now you expect me to pony up the tax money for this? NO THANK YOU!

Are their any of the Blacks enslaved still living today? If there are, pay them. They lived the abuse, the lack of freedom, and true injustice. Slavery still exists in America, but it is not just Blacks enslaved. People of all colors are being subjected to slavery by people of all colors today. Black people were not brought to America as free men. They were bought as slaves from people of their own color as slaves and brought to America. This is when the wrong-doing was committed. If their are any of those enslaved still alive, please pay them immediately so they might enjoy such payment in their last days.

The term “affirmative action” was first introduced by President Kennedy in 1961 as a method of redressing discrimination that had persisted in spite of civil rights laws and constitutional guarantees. It was developed and enforced for the first time by President Johnson. While there was numerous benefit provided the Black man, such benefit was taken from the White man. Jobs that White men qualified for were given to unqualified Black men. Promotions were given to Black men ahead of White men of higher qualification. College seats were taken from White students with a high gpa and given to Black students with a lower gpa. And this is why any action that gives to one race at the expense of another does not do anything but create additional racism. First thing you must understand is affirmative action did not and does not affect the affluent. Do you want more info on Affirmative Action? See Affirmative Action Laws: Everything You Need to Know

I have never attacked anybody for being a different color than myself, but I have been attacked for being White. How do I know I was attacked because I am White? Because just before I had bricks and rocks thrown at me, one of those throwing such hollered to the others “He’s White! Twice during my life I have been approached by Black men with intent to rob me. I do not know of anyone attempting robbery of a Black person. I know violence against Black people has happened, I believe some Black people have been subjected to racial violence and in some instances such violence observed by many. But, has racial violence by Blacks against all of the other races been of higher incidents.

Claims that Black people are treated worse than the other races by Government, Police, and other agency are simply exagerated data. Most claims use the data that says the Black population in America is 13%, which is true. But only 12 States have a significant Black population. And in those States the Black population is anywhere from 23 to 60 percent of the population. People in America fail to look beyond skin color in this situation. If they were to do so they would note that economics plays the biggest role, as people of this economic group, regardless of color are treated like crap by everybody, including their own. What is the difference between the Black and White races when being arrested by Police? Simple: Blacks act the fool or resist. White people that do the same get their asses beat too. This is a decision made by the person being arrested regardless of color. George Floyd and Oscar Grant did not end up getting killed because they complied. And, in both cases their death was not by intentional act by Police. Neither of these men should be dead today, but still you have to ask the question, “How did he end up on the ground.”

When you give to one race and take from another, do you create fairness or racism? Again, use economics instead of skin color as the problem. Your lower income neighborhoods probably have a good mixture of races, believe it or not. All of similar income. Now give something to one race and not another, what do you have? History is already full of such acts. Do you think there are more Blacks suffering anything more than others? Open your eyes, look around you, see the reality of life today. Giving to one and not the other creates a whole new racism. Reparations will likely create a whole bunch of racism.

How do you stop racism. You treat people as equals regardless any of the applicable factors. There was a news story a short while back in which a White youngster got his ass whooped by a Black guy for repeatedly using the term “My Ni****.” This was inappropriate as Blacks made talking like this acceptable and the White kid must have been mentally suffering to think himself cool acting like that. The Black guy should of just walked away and another White guy should of stepped up and slapped the kid down. For more on this topic, read CanYouBeReal.com

Devaluation of the Nobel Peace Prize

The Nobel Peace Prize has been an honor bestowed upon the few that are worthy of such award. I saw a headline that said the Black Lives Matter movement had been nominated for such award. Why not just devalue the award entirely?

The Black Lives Matter movement was never intended to be what it is today. Black Lives Matter was formed by a couple of gay women to highlite the struggles of a young gay athelete I believe, and had nothing to do with anything else. On the day that George Floyd was accidently killed by a negligent police officer, Corporate America was looking for a way to support Black People and based on the name “Black Lives Matter” Corporate America started donating a whole bunch of money to BLM. Social Media was screaming “Black Lives Matter” and the women that formed BLM didn’t say anything about their organization not relative to the George Floyd matter, while they accepted gobs of money in donations. Simply put, right place, right time.

Now some folks say Black Lives Matter is not a racist organization. First becauase by definition Black People cannot be racist and second because some white people believe it isn’t. Well if you believe Black people cannot qualify as racist using the same criteria used for whites, modify the definition a little. And believe me Black people discriminate, show predudice, and treat others poorly based on skin color. Black Lives Matter even believes they are the Master Race. Wasn’t there a White guy who thought he had the Master Race back in history. Black Lives Matter people have threatened the U.S. Government, incited riots, incited violence, and caused millions of dollars in damage to their neighbors . . . All BASED ON LIES!

Selective Data Farming is when somebody farms data to show only certain information. This is how a company can claim it’s product better than a competitor or in the case of Black Lives Matter . . . “Black people are killed by police more than Whites even though they are only 11 to 13% of the population” The trouth is though Black people are 13% of the U.S. population, they only have a significant presense in 10 to 12 states and in those states Blacks are from 23 to 60 percent of the population. And, with the exception of Chicago Whites are killed at least twice as often than others. I cannot explain Chicago.

Killings of Blacks sells newspapers. Face it. It doesn’t matter if the person good or bad, all he has to be is Black and the Black populace will pour out onto the streets screaming of the injustice of it all. White people don’t do this for White people, but will for Black people. White people understand that if they mess around or act stupid they get their ass beat by the cops. When White people see a White dude beat down by the cops they know the guys an idiot that deserved the beating and go on about our business. But when it’s a Black guy beat down, nobody cares what he did, or even if he did. A majority of the Black people of recent protest and more are there by their own act, yet we cry defund the police as though the police are wrong. Yes some of the incidents have been by wrongdoings by police, but for the most part had the person simply complied with the police officer he would be alive today. Go ahead make me the bad guy for telling the truth. It is a fact that most Black people do not allow themselves be arrested without resisting. George Floyd did not end up on the ground with a cops knee in his back because he complied with his arrest. And people think White people get treated differently, but a White guy resists he gets treated the same.

Black Lives Matter would better serve the elimination of racism, by not practicing racism. Our problems are not skin color, it is economics. As long as BLM and America fail to see this, they feed the racism beliefs and continue to promote racism. There are a lot of people that make their money off racism, most use skin color as part of their name. Black Lives Matter being nominated for anything more than racist organization is ridiculous. For the Nobel?

If you want to nominate someone for a Nobel, find the man that treats all men equal.
