I come from the era of Affirmative Action and I am White. I do not have any deep seated anger issues over the previous Affirmative Action programs/policies. Okay, maybe just a little resentment, but I haven’t allowed it to sway my racial opinions.

BUT, FOR THE RECORD . . . WHEN A PERSON OF COLOR, OR A PERSON OF NO COLOR GETS AN OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE HIS LIFE BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF HIS/HER SKIN REGARDLESS THEIR LACK OF QUALIFICATION WHILE A QUALIFIED APPLICANT IS NOT CONSIDERED FOR THE JOB BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF HIS/HER SKIN IS THE MOST RACIALLY OFFENSIVE ACTION POSSIBLE. ALL THIS DOES IS TAKE A WHITE GUY OUT OF THE JOB AND PUT A BLACK GUY IN IT!

You cannot fight racism with racism. Any program that has a race even part of it is racist. Fight racism by not using the problem to fix the problem. The problem is skin color, so remove skin color from the equation. And, if you cannot do that, get somebody mature enough to do so. STOP using skin color as an excuse, use no-color as a policy. It really is not that hard to move beyond skin color, it just takes maturing a little.

What every one of you racist assholes don’t realize is we were already at the best point in our history as far as racial harmony goes and moving forward. The people that make money off of racism are going to create a whole new racism and turn us back 40 or 50 years if we don’t do something to stop it.

Let me put it into a better perspective for you. DO YOU THINK THAT EVERY WHITE PERSON THAT LOST AN OPPORTUNITY TO AN UNQUALIFIED BLACK MAN WONDERS EVERY DAY IF AFFIRMATIVE ACTION DESTROYED HIS FUTURE? What you have to understand is the fuckwads that create these programs are not effected by it. They already have money, jobs, and enjoy the highlife. The working man is the one effected and who are the working men today. The same people that are our neighbors, of all races. FUCK AFFIRMATIVE ACTION! If a HRRep cannot hire people based upon qualifications regardless of skin color, then replace him because he is your problem, not the applicant. And, if you still want racial equality require all of the Asian, Latino, Indian, Black, and other employers hire some unqualified White people to work for them.

I AM NOT BEING RACIST. I do not care if i go against a Black man competing for the same job and the Black guy getting the position due to being better qualified. I do care if I don’t get the job while being the most qualified but am not the right skin color.

You see, the problem we have is skin color. Black people want to make sure everyone knows they are Black, White people believe everyone knows they are White. But, I don’t want to play the race game. If I can forget I am White, why can’t you forget you are Black? For me personally, I don’t give a shit the color of your skin. I give a shit what kind of man you are. And if you are more concerned about the color of your skin than being a man just like any other man, then it is you the problem.

It’s quite simple. Skin color is the problem. NO IT ISN’T, economics is the problem, skin color the cop-out, and racism the winner. Don’t be a racist, move beyond skin color for the betterment of us all.
